Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this platform and registering for any event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform or register for any event.
Ticket Purchases & Payments
All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. By completing a registration and purchasing a ticket, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility is determined on a per-event basis by the event organizer. Please review the specific event details for applicable refund and cancellation policies before completing your purchase. To request a refund, contact the event organizer directly. Processing times for approved refunds depend on the payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.
Event Participation
By registering for an event, you agree to:
- • Abide by all event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by event organizers
- • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- • Present valid identification if requested at check-in
- • Comply with venue rules and local laws
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not comply with event rules, without refund.
Waitlist & Approval
Some ticket types may require approval by the event organizer before your registration is confirmed. Placement on a waitlist or submission for approval does not guarantee entry. You will be notified by email once a decision has been made. If approved, you must complete payment within the timeframe specified in the approval notification.
Vendor Applications
Vendor applications are subject to review and approval by the event organizer. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors must comply with all vendor-specific guidelines and requirements communicated by the event organizer.
Photo & Media Uploads
By uploading photos or media during registration, you represent that you have the right to share those images and grant the event organizer a non-exclusive license to use them for event-related purposes, including promotional materials. Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participation in any event is at your own risk. The event organizer and this platform are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury to persons or property that may occur before, during, or after the event. This includes but is not limited to damage to vehicles, personal belongings, or any equipment displayed or used at the event.
Event Changes & Cancellations
Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details (including dates, times, location, and schedule) or cancel an event entirely. In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, refund policies will be communicated directly to registered attendees.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
