Common questions
Are there per-attendee fees?
No. Loe charges a flat monthly subscription. Your attendees' ticket prices go to you minus Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30c per transaction). We don't take a cut of ticket sales.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. Paid plans include a 14-day trial with no credit card required.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your events and registration data are retained. If you exceed the free tier limits after downgrading, existing events remain accessible but you cannot create new ones until you upgrade again.
Do you support non-profits?
Yes. Reach out and we will work something out. We believe community organizers should have access to good tooling regardless of budget.
How does Stripe Connect work?
You connect your own Stripe account. Payments from attendees go directly to your Stripe account. Loe charges its subscription fee separately and never touches your ticket revenue.
